We cover ACL (Australian Consumer Law) complaints against retailers and manufacturers; Fair Trading complaints (NSW and other states); AFCA complaints for financial services, banking, insurance and superannuation disputes; and TIO complaints for telecommunications and internet service providers. If your complaint involves a consumer dispute with a business, we can almost certainly help you prepare it.
Because it works better this way. Under the Australian Consumer Law, consumer guarantees apply for a reasonable period based on the price paid and what you could reasonably expect the product to last. regardless of the manufacturer warranty period. The ACCC confirmed in January 2024 that these rights have no specific expiry date. A $1,400 drone or a $550 watch is expected to last significantly longer than 12 months. Within 1 business day of receiving your submission and payment. We operate Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm AEST. Submissions received outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.
Change of mind: cancel within 6 hours of payment for a full refund. After 6 hours, work has commenced and fees are non-refundable on change-of-mind grounds. 50% outcome refund: if after completing the full TechResolve process. First-Strike Email, Counter-Attack Scripts, and Government Escalation Packet all sent. you receive absolutely no resolution of any kind, we refund $125. The customer must follow our instructions and cooperate at each stage.
AFCA is the Australian Financial Complaints Authority. the external dispute resolution body for financial services. If you have a dispute with a bank, insurer, superannuation fund, credit provider or other financial services company and the company has not resolved it within 30 days, you can lodge an AFCA complaint. AFCA is free for consumers and binding on financial services companies. We prepare your complete AFCA lodgement.
TIO is the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman. the external dispute resolution body for phone, mobile and internet complaints. If you have an unresolved complaint with a telco or internet service provider, you can lodge a TIO complaint after giving the company a reasonable chance to resolve it (usually 10 business days). TIO is free for consumers and binding on telcos. We prepare your complete TIO lodgement.
We accept PayID (send to support@techresolve.com.au via your banking app), Direct Bank Transfer (email us for details), and PayPal (send to support@techresolve.com.au). All payments are $250 AUD inclusive of GST. TechResolve Australia is GST registered.
Email support@techresolve.com.au at any stage. When you receive a response from the company, forward it to us along with your case reference number and tell us what happened. We will prepare your next move. counter-script, escalation or formal lodgement. and send it back to you copy and paste ready. We stay with you at every stage until you get a resolution.
