If you change your mind, email support@techresolve.com.au within 6 hours of payment. We will refund 100%. no questions asked. After 6 hours, work has commenced and fees are not refundable on change-of-mind grounds.
After completing the full TechResolve process. First-Strike Email, Counter-Attack Scripts, and Government Escalation Packet all deployed. if you have received absolutely no resolution, we refund $125. "No resolution" means the company has provided no remedy of any kind. Partial wins, partial refunds, or improved offers do not qualify. The customer must cooperate fully and follow our instructions at each stage.
